Damages and issues
If a package is received and is either damaged, faulty, or not the right order, we are sorry and apologies for the inconvenience. We take special care in providing a quality product in safe and secure packaging but are not always able to guarantee a safe journey. If this is the case, please contact us on info@pokii.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a picture of the issue and we will come up with a solution.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
